Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of BrandFlow Publisher, the social media scheduling application operated by BrandFlow DZ, a digital agency based in Oran, Algeria, and hosted at postiz.brandflowdz.com.
1. The service
BrandFlow Publisher lets the BrandFlow DZ team prepare, schedule and publish content on the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok accounts of the clients it manages. The application is an internal tool: it is not offered to the general public and new sign-ups are disabled.
2. Authorization
A social account is connected only by its owner, or by an administrator explicitly authorized by the owner. By connecting an account, the owner confirms they have the right to let BrandFlow DZ publish on it and can revoke this access at any time from the platform settings.
3. Content
- Clients remain the owners of their content. They grant BrandFlow DZ only the rights needed to publish it on their accounts.
- Content is published only after it has been agreed with the client.
- All content must comply with applicable law and with the rules of each platform, including the Meta Community Standards and the TikTok Community Guidelines.
4. Acceptable use
The application must not be used to publish spam, misleading content, content that infringes the rights of others, or to automate behavior prohibited by the platforms. We may suspend publication to an account that does not respect these rules.
5. Third-party platforms
Publication depends on the availability of the Meta and TikTok APIs. These platforms may refuse, delay or remove content according to their own rules. BrandFlow DZ is not responsible for their decisions or outages.
6. Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the application available and secure, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, BrandFlow DZ is not liable for indirect damages resulting from an interruption of the service or a failed publication.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled as described on the Data Deletion page.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Algerian law.
