Data Deletion Instructions
You can remove the access of BrandFlow Publisher to your accounts and have your data deleted at any time, using any of the options below.
Option 1 — Remove the app from Facebook / Instagram
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find BrandFlow Publisher and click Remove.
This immediately stops the application from publishing on your Pages and Instagram accounts.
Option 2 — Remove the app from TikTok
- In the TikTok app, go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions.
- Select BrandFlow Publisher and tap Remove access.
Option 3 — Ask us to delete your data
Send an email to ikhlef.abdelkader.tic@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request – BrandFlow Publisher”, and include the name of the Facebook Page, Instagram account or TikTok account concerned.
What happens next
- We disconnect the account from the application and delete the related access tokens, account information and scheduled posts.
- We confirm by email once deletion is complete, within 30 days at the latest.
- Remaining copies in our backups are erased automatically as backups expire (7 days).
Content already published on your accounts stays on the platform; you can delete it directly from Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
