Privacy Policy
BrandFlow DZ (“we”, “us”) is a digital agency based in Oran, Algeria. We operate BrandFlow Publisher, an internal social media scheduling tool hosted at postiz.brandflowdz.com. Our team uses it to plan and publish content to the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok accounts of the clients we manage, with their authorization. This policy explains what data the application processes and how.
1. Who uses the application
BrandFlow Publisher is not open to the public. Only BrandFlow DZ team members can sign in. Social accounts are connected only by account owners or by authorized administrators acting on their behalf.
2. Data we collect
When a social account is connected through the official login of Meta (Facebook / Instagram) or TikTok, we receive and store only what is needed to publish content:
- Account identifiers, display name, username and profile picture;
- Access tokens and refresh tokens issued by the platform;
- The list of Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts the user chose to share with the application;
- Content we prepare and schedule (text, images, videos), publication dates and the status of each post;
- Basic post and account statistics provided by the platform APIs, when available.
We do not collect passwords. We do not access private messages, contacts or the personal data of the followers of connected accounts.
3. How we use the data
- To publish and schedule the content requested by our clients on their own accounts;
- To display the publication calendar, post status and performance to our team and to the client concerned;
- To keep connections working (token refresh) and to troubleshoot publication errors.
We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. Data obtained through the Meta and TikTok APIs is used only for the features described above, in line with the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in a database on a private server administered by BrandFlow DZ. Access is restricted to our team, connections use HTTPS, and public registration is disabled. Database backups are made daily and kept for 7 days.
5. Data retention
We keep account data and tokens only while the account remains connected to the application. When an account is disconnected, or when deletion is requested, the related tokens and account data are deleted within 30 days, including from backups as they expire.
6. Your rights and data deletion
You can at any time:
- Revoke the application’s access from your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok settings;
- Ask us to access, correct or delete the data related to your account.

7. Third-party platforms
Content published through the application is subject to the policies of the platform where it is published: Meta Privacy Policy and TikTok Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
